Our apartments
for 4 persons has bedroom two individual beds, living room-dining room
with sofa two beds, kitchen with American bar, complete bathroom, big
terrace with lateral beach view.
They are
furnished and equipped with collective aerial, color television ,
telephone, safe, fans in the roof, fridge, electric cooker, microwaves,
washing machine, hot water, kitchen tools, crockery, cutleries
and iron.
The apartments for 5 persons are bigger and the bedroom
has three individual beds.
They are in the 6th floor: two
apartments for four persons, external, views Berlin Street and lateral
beach view. 7th floor: lofts, two apartments for four persons and three
apartments for five persons, external to two streets, lateral beach view.
The elevators ascend until the 6th floor and from the sixth to the seventh
there are stairways with very beautiful views of the pools and the beach.

RENTING CONDITIONS
Renting whole weeks from SATURDAY to
SATURDAY.
Arrive in the
apartment on Saturday from 5 o'clock to 8 in the afternoon.
Exit Saturday before ten in the morning.
Payment: 50% will be made when
the renting is confirmed and the other 50% cash when
keys are delivered.
Deposit: 150 €will be deposited when the keys
are delivered the arriving day.
It's a must that the apartment
will be left under the same conditions that you received it.
The
apartments don't have linen, you can rent it only paying 10 € every set
concerting it previously or the arriving
day.
There is the posibility to rent divan beds and
