4 PERSONS Y 6 PERSONS Located in first beach line, in front of the sea and Nautical Club, (to about 20 meters far fromBeach West), in the center of Salou. Our apartments are for 2/4 persons or 4/6 persons, those for 2/4 consist of a bedroom with two beds, living room-dining room with sofa 2 beds, kitchen with American bar, complete bathroom and big terrace, that of 4/6 equal,but with one bedroom more with two beds . All have frontal or lateral views to the beach. Our apartments are furnished and equipped with fridge, vitroceramic, microwaves, washing machine, TDT television, crockery, kitchen tools, cutleries and iron. The building has lift. Access for handicapped.

RENTING CONDITIONS

Renting whole weeks from SUNDAY to SUNDAY (30/05 - 26/09/2010). Arrive in the apartment on sunday from 17 to 20 hours. Exit sunday before ten in the morning. Payment: 50% will be made when the renting is confirmed and the other 50% cash when the keys are delivered, in street Mayor 27-1º-1ª. Deposit: 150 € will be deposited when the keys are delivered the arriving day. It's a must that the apartment will be left under the same conditions that you received it. The apartments don't have linen, you can rent it only paying 10 € every set concerting it previously or the arriving day. There is the posibility to rent garage.
