RENTING CONDITIONS
Rent for weeks of monday to monday.
Arrive
in the apartment monday from 17 to 20 hours.
Exit monday before ten in the
morning.
Payment: 50% will be made when
the renting is confirmed and the other 50% cash when the keys are
delivered in street Mayor 27-1º-1ª.
Deposit: 150 €will be deposited
when the keys are delivered the arriving day.
It's a must that the apartment will be left under the same conditions
that you received it.
The apartments don't have linen, you can rent it only paying 10 €
every set concerting it
previously or the arriving day.
There is the posibility to rent garage.
