RENTING CONDITIONS
Rent for weeks of tuesday to tuesday (01/06 - 21/09/2010).
Arrive in the apartment tuesday from 17 to 20 hours.
Exit tuesday before ten in the
morning.
Payment: 50% will be made when
the renting is confirmed and the other 50% cash when the
keys are delivered, in street Mayor 27-1º-1ª..
Deposit: 150 € will be deposited
when the keys are delivered the arriving day.
It's a must that the apartment will be left under the same conditions
that you received it.
The apartments don't have linen, you can rent it only paying 10 €
every set concerting it
previously or the arriving day.
There is the posibility to rent garage.
