sofa bed two sites,
independent kitchen, a bath complete, and big terrace
with a view to the
pool and Mayor Street, it is all corner exterior, also has garden
and community pool.
It is furnished and equipped with air conditioning, heating, color
television of 28 inches
with teletext, fridge, oven, microwaves, hot water, drying-washing
machine, kitchen tools, crockery, cutleries and iron.
Access for handicapped.

RENTING CONDITIONS
Rent for weeks of tuesday to tuesday.
Arrive in the apartment tuesday
from 5 o'clock to 8 in the afternoon.
Exit tuesday before ten in the
morning.
Payment: 50% will be made when
the renting is confirmed and the other 50% cash when the
keys are delivered.
Deposit: 150 €will be deposited
when the keys are delivered the arriving day.
It's a must that the apartment will be left under the same conditions
that you received it.
The apartments don't have linen, you can rent it only paying 10 €
every set concerting it
previously or the arriving day.
There is the posibility to rent divan beds, cradle and garage.
